# EmulatorJS — mirrored upstream

**Do not edit anything in this folder.** It is a verbatim copy of a public
release, refreshed by `tools/fetch-ejs.mjs`. Local changes would be silently
overwritten — and would make the notice below untrue.

Everything here except `emulator.min.js`, `emulator.min.css` and `cores/` is the
source form, taken straight from the tag: what Emulo serves and its corresponding
source are the same files. The minified pair is the published build of the
`src/` beside it; each core is a libretro core compiled to WebAssembly, built
out-of-tree and published on the CDN at the version above.

Cores mirrored, one per machine Emulo offers:

Cores that are NOT EmulatorJS's own — the CDN does not carry them. Each is a
release asset of the repository named, pinned by SHA-256, and `tools/fetch-ejs.mjs`
refuses it if the hash differs. The archive also holds the core's licence
(`license.txt`), and its source is the `source` archive of the same release:

- `theodore` — Thomson MO/TO. Repository https://github.com/retrom-project/theodore, derived from https://github.com/Zlika/theodore (GPL-3.0, from Daniel Coulom's DCMO5/DCTO8D/DCTO9P). Source: https://github.com/retrom-project/theodore/releases/download/retrom-core-g4d469ce0f71e-r1/source.tar.gz. SHA-256 `82139675dfed5dc13116f3babf3938f814da2e10fcf1bdf32f410289b4e3a474`.

Emulo loads this in an `<iframe>` on an origin of its own and talks to it through
`postMessage` only. It is never imported, bundled or linked into Emulo's own code.
The page that drives it, `../index.html`, is GPL for that reason — it is the one
piece of Emulo that shares a document with this library.
