`dist/`, `css/`, `img/` and `json/` are the project's own, built from that
commit with its own `npm ci && npm run build`. **Do not edit them** — the next
refresh overwrites the lot.

Unlike the other two engines, this one publishes no artifact: no release, no
tag, no npm package. It is therefore pinned by commit and BUILT here, which is
why refreshing it runs a third party's build on your machine.

Two files are Emulo's, and are prefixed so a listing shows which:

- `emulo.html` — **generated** from their `apple2jse.html`. Three changes, each
explained in the tool: the Font Awesome CDN stylesheet is removed, their own
chrome is hidden (with `display: none` — `initUI` still has to find those
elements), and our player is loaded after their bundle.
- `emulo-player.js` — hand-written. The protocol the shell speaks, over
`postMessage`. It drives the `window.Apple2` global their webpack build
  exports (`library: { name: 'Apple2', type: 'umd' }`).
